How do I cancel my booking?

We’re sorry to hear that you need to cancel your booking.

To cancel, please click on the "Cancel" link in your booking.



If the payment has already been taken for your booking please contact our customer support team

If you have accidentally clicked "Cancel", no worries, you can still "un-cancel" and confirm your booking again. If you have been charged a cancellation fee, this will automatically be deducted from the total of your booking when payment is taken.
