There could be a few reasons why you're struggling to confirm your booking, but not to worry, we are here to help.
The ‘Book & Pay’ button is grayed out:
If the ‘Book & Pay’ button is inactive, this means that your cat sitter has not said that they are available yet. Please ask them to click the "Available" button from their side. Once this has been done, you will be able to continue with your booking.
The cat sitters' bank details need updating:
If you are seeing a message saying:
We currently experience some difficulties with paying your selected sitter. Please contact us for further information on email@example.com.
It often means that the cat sitter needs to update their details in their Stripe account. Please ask your cat sitter to do this and to let you know once it has been done. You will then be able to complete your booking confirmation.
If your booking is due to start within a few days then please contact us so that we can help you and the cat sitter process the booking quicker.
